INCREASE PACKAGING PRODUCTION CAPACITY WITH IMPACK'S EXPERTISE

News - Intro image
Innovation and customer support are Impack’s core values.

It is the concept of innovation that drove Dominic Thériault, founder and president of IMPACK Packaging to build the company. During his engineering studies, he came up with the idea of a new packing machine. To continue developing his innovative packing concept, he launched his own business.

A leading innovation-driven company

IMPACK has a great understanding of the challenges and complexity of today’s packaging market. The company’s products are designed to help folding carton and corrugated packaging manufacturers extend their capabilities in carton packaging.

Nowadays, especially with the rise of e-commerce, packaging needs to be flexible and strong. Folding carton and corrugated packaging producers work with clients who are continually diversifying their product range. Packaging can be challenging with complex products, but the process can be mastered with optimized equipment for your folder-gluers. Impack’s experts always focus on conceiving innovative solutions for packaging manufacturers in order to improve production lines. The company develops simple and versatile packers to fit the complex needs of the packaging industry.

The Virtuo packer

Over the years, IMPACK has developed several new packaging equipment, including the Virtuo packer, which is one of the only automatic folder-gluer packers on the market that can handle both carton and corrugated board. It was in 2018 that the Virtuo packer became fully automated. It went through 17 years of continuous improvement and innovation and 7 transformations to become fully automated. Today it handles different formats of boxes (medium to very large) and types of boxes (straight line, 4/6 corners and crash-lock bottom), packed in one row and one layer.

Packers allowing you to produce a large range of various boxes in a single production line is a major advantage as you become more flexible, this helps you stay ahead of your competitors.

IIMPACK’s innovation involves adapting packers to the complexities of the market over time.

They are available to answer clients questions and requests immediately in French, English, Spanish and  through their representatives in Italian, German, Corean and Chinese. IMPACK completes more than 95% of requests by email and by phone.

The company also offers on-request inspection and repair for clients wishing to maintain equipment in an optimal way.

The global corrugated board packaging market continues to grow. It was valued at USD 262.61 billion in 2019, and it is expected to reach USD 339.95 billion by 2025 (Corrugated Board Packaging Market – Size, Growth, Trends, and Forecast, 2020 – 2025,  report by Research and Markets published on January 2020)

For folding carton and corrugated packaging producers, the supply must keep up with the demand. IMPACK offers solutions to stay ahead of competition.
