Ergosa packers
Combining the flexibility of a semi-automatic packer and the performance of an automatic one, the Ergosa series is an economical solution for optimal productivity.

Ideal for medium and large boxes, and with fast, easy mode changes, this packing equipment is compatible with carton and corrugated board. Easy access to the boxes allows quality checks at any time.
Ergosa A : Simple and economical
Looking for a packer that fits in any tight space yet offers a big improvement in ergonomics and packing speed? Integrating the IN2 box turner and offering 2 of the 3 packing modes that the Ergosa C offers, the Ergosa A has all it takes for a compact, ergonomic solution.
Compatible with carton and corrugated board the Ergosa A offers two packing modes — Horizontal and Pick & Place.
Ergosa C : High performance and versatility
The Ergosa C version is the perfect mix of a semi-automatic and an automatic folder-gluer packer, combining flexibility with performance. The versatile Ergosa C is compatible with carton and corrugated board boxes. The C version’s many options not only make it the most popular in the Ergosa series, but also a high-performance packer with all the features to meet the complex needs of folding-gluing lines.
Virtuo packers
The Virtuo is one of the only automatic folder-gluer packers on the market that can handle both carton and corrugated board. It stands out for its simplicity and versatility and is the most compact, economical packer on the market. Available in several versions, the Virtuo handles various formats (medium to very large) and types of boxes (straight line, 4/6 corners and crash-lock bottom) packed in one row and one layer.

For still more versatility, the Virtuo automatic folder-gluer packer can be combined with various IMPACK modules. Add an IN3 box turner for high flexibility in choosing the orientation of the boxes in the case. Add the MFA inversion module for automatic crash-lock bottom packing of boxes made of carton board. Add the Alterna inverter module for crash-lock bottom packing of corrugated board boxes.
Everio stackers
To respond to all carton and corrugated board packaging producers, Impack has also developed an automatic stacking module in addition to its packers.
Coupled with an automatic banding system, the Everio automatic stacker can respond to your stacking and banding needs for all boxes coming from folder-gluers or rotary die cutters.
Installed on any folder-gluer and combined with an IN3 box turner, with an MFA inverter module for carton board or an Alterna inverter module for corrugated board, the Everio can adapt to your stacking needs.
Box turners
Whether because of style, format or customer request, the box orientation in the case can vary. To meet this need, Impack offers the IN series of box turners that allow boxes to be turned 90°. From the most economical to the most advanced on the market, these pre-packing solutions won’t fail to meet your needs.
See the IN1 box turner in action:
IN1 box turner
The IN1 box turner is the easiest, most economical way to turn your boxes. Equipped with pneumatic vibrators and specific guides, the IN1 is installed directly on the folder-gluer’s compression belt (minimum dimensions required). It is ideal for small to medium format boxes.
Reversible to the left or right and offering a straight line mode, it easily adapts to the desired packing configuration.
IN2 box turner
The IN2 box turner is offered in two versions IN2A and IN2B :
IN2A
Available in two configurations, “turn left” and “turn right”, it allows any box type or format to be turned 90°. It also has a straight line mode when no turning is needed. The IN2A box turner can be controlled directly by the Ergosa, the Virtuo or independently. Compatible with carton and corrugated board, it self-adjusts and can be used with any model of Impack packer, old or new.
IN2B
Turns all types and formats of boxes to the left or right, depending on the desired orientation and has a straight line mode for when turning is not needed. The IN2B box turner can be controlled by the Ergosa, the Virtuo or independently. Compatible with carton and corrugated board, it self-adjusts and can be used with any model of Impack packer, old or new.
IN3 box turner
The IN3 box turner is the most advanced version in the IN series. It turns all formats and types of boxes to the left or right according to the desired orientation. It also has a straight line mode when no turning is needed.
Ideal with an automatic packer, the IN3 remains fixed regardless of the mode chosen (left, right, straight line). Compatible with carton and corrugated board, it self-adjusts and can be used with any model of packer, from Impack or from other manufacturers.
IN180 box turner
Packing requirements sometimes require the boxes to be rotated 180° in order to pack the boxes with an automatic packer. The IN180 box turner rotates all sizes and types of boxes to 180° and has a straight line mode when no turning is needed.
Ideal with an automatic packer, the IN180 remains fixed regardless of the mode chosen (180° or straight line). Comptabile with carton and corrugated board, it self-adusts and can be used with any model of packer, from Impack or from other manufacturers.
Batch inverters
Impack inverter modules for crash-lock bottom boxes allow the batch inversion of a predetermined number of boxes. Whether they are in inversion mode for crash-lock bottom boxes or in straight line mode for counting and separation of other boxes, they arrange shingled boxes correctly for simple effective packing after the folder-gluer. The solutions offer the ability to package complex boxes at high speed, whether crash-lock bottom, straight line or 4/6 corners.
MFA batch inverter
Inverter module for crash-lock bottom carton board boxes
The MFA inverter module is by far the simplest, most affordable solution on the market for handling crash-lock bottom boxes made of carton board. Combined with an IN2 or IN3 box turner, an Impack automatic or semi-automatic packer and certain models from other manufacturers, the MFA allows speeds of 45 batches a minute (more than 60,000 boxes an hour). Whether in inversion or straight line mode (when inversion is not required), the MFA will considerably increase your folding-gluing line’s productivity.
Counting and separating
The traditional way of visualizing the count of boxes for the personnel at the packing station is done by using the kicker of the folder-gluer. The operator defines after what number of boxes the kicker should slightly push one box aside.
The box turners of Impack offer a simple solution to easily turn the boxes and make them ready for ergonomic packing. During the turning process and transfer on the conveyor, the kicked box is realigned with the whole shingle and thus not visible at the packing station anymore.
Three simple solutions are offered in order to get the right count. The first is an automated unit with laser counter and double-belt system that creates a gap in the box shingle and is called INTRO. The other two solutions, OBP and OBS, are using an optical revealer only visible under ultraviolet light (included with all Ergosa models).
Pre-feeders
The Prefio is one of the only pre-feeders on the market for corrugated board. Providing a regular, consistent supply to the folder-gluer’s feeder and partnered with the Impack depalletizer, it allows fast, easy accumulation of a large number of boxes. It increases your folder-gluer line’s productivity for corrugated cardboard.
