XP series

XP100T for front labeling: 

Extremely popular and incredibly versatile, the XP100T labeling machine features the most technologically advanced label application system in the industry. We've designed this machine to accurately and efficiently apply a front-facing, multi-panel or wrap-around label to a wide range of plastic, glass, metal or paper containers. These include bottles, cans and jugs, as well as cans, pharmaceutical vials, chemical containers, pails and any other straight or tapered containers of various shapes and sizes.

XP100-Wrap for wrap-around labels:

The Nita XP100-Wrap labeling machine accurately and efficiently applies a full or partial wrap-around label to a wide variety of containers. Because this wrap-around labeling machine is fully servo-controlled and fully synchronized, it quickly and perfectly labels most round containers, bottles and jars made of plastic, glass, metal or paper.

XP200-TS for conical containers:

We call the XP series for conical containers the "ballet" of labeling. Applying labels to conical containers requires surgically precise and controlled steps, from machine entry to exit, without exception. The combination of banana-shaped labels, specially angled heads, applicator doors and a rewinding station adjustable to the contours of the container, allow us to do what we do. XP200T-P for pails and boilers

The Nita XP200T-P is the most technologically advanced pail and boiler labeler in the industry. It is specially designed to accurately and efficiently apply labels to the front and back of large round and square industrial containers such as pails, boilers, jugs and tubs. Nita's unique approach uses applicator doors, air jets and servo-controlled belt systems to guarantee uniform, crease-free application. When applying wrap-around labels to containers with handles, an optional orientation module orients the handles for precise labeling every time.

The Joust SSK-FLO is the industry’s most technologically advanced label applicator machine. AE-612MKII-TB for air labelling

Nita’s AE-612MKII-TB Tamp blow labeling system uses high pressure air and a tamp pad to hold the label in position until discharge is required. Once the container is in place the air flow is reversed and the label is applied with precision and speed. If you need to apply a label in a tight or difficult to reach spot, on an abstract shape or on a fragile item then the AE612MKII TB is the perfect solution.

AE-612MKII for scan labeling

Just about the only place it won’t apply a label is Inside your container! The AE-612MKII wipe-on labeler is a high-end, servo-driven labeling head, ideal for top, side or bottom applications of pressure sensitive labels. Mounted on a sturdy stainless steel floor stand with levelling pads and casters, these stand-alone labelers are easily adaptable to any shop configuration.
With the addition of an optional encoder, the AE-612MKII will be fully synchronized to your existing conveyor belt system. Optional lateral, tilt and pivot attachments make the AE-612MKII the most versatile and effective stand-alone labeling head on the market.

The Nita STA-616 Print and Apply System is designed to allow for your variable information to be printed on the label prior to application. Using a highly reliable AE-612MKII labeling head married to a professional SATO or ZEBRA thermal transfer printing engine the STA-616 Print and Apply Sistema consistently applies finished labels to the front, sides and corners of your container or box. SynerG XP intelligent orientation system

The SynerG XP series of label orientation systems are designed to position your containers exactly where you need them. Using professional grade optical or sensory equipment, the various orientation modules available will position the container according to pre-set reference points. With the orientation labeling system containers may be oriented by one of the following mechanisms:

Digital sensor: Recognizes and orients to physical features like handles.
Cognex checker: Sees and orients container against contrast points like color and design topography
High Res Camera: Takes a picture and matches the container orientation up to the memorized image.

Produced as a Stand-Alone Orientation Unit or integrated into a powerful Nita Smart Labeling System.
