WHEN CREATIVITY AND A SOLUTION-ORIENTED APPROACH STILL COME INTO THEIR OWN AFTER 25 YEARS OF LOYAL SERVICE

Meet Sylvie, a senior structural draftswoman at Lainco, a company with over sixty employees. She began her career 25 years ago with a DEP in building drafting. Over the years, she has worked in a variety of positions, including receptionist, shop draftswoman and accounting clerk, demonstrating her versatility. 

With her experience, she has become a key resource for all the company's projects. She works with architects and engineers to follow projects from A to Z. She contributes to project design by creating accurate 3D drawings that help customers visualize the final result. 

Over the years, she has worked on a number of major projects, including the St-Jean-Vianney sports complex in Montreal and the Skating Club of Boston. Her work shows that the success of each project depends on the contribution of every member of the team. 

Despite 25 years of service, Sylvie is still enthusiastic about her work. She enjoys the variety of projects and making a significant contribution to the company. She feels recognized in this family business with distinct values. 

What makes Sylvie proud to work at Lainco is the attention to detail, thoroughness, reliability and attentiveness to customers. She is motivated by making a difference and being appreciated. She stresses the importance of continuous learning in her career.
